Zamfara NSCDC Keeps Close Watch on 2024 UTME Examination

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Zamfara State has expressed satisfaction with the orderly conduct of the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) in the region.

During his routine monitoring of the examination in Gusau metropolis and surrounding areas, the State Commandant of the Corps, Sani Mustapha, conveyed his contentment with the ongoing process.

In line with the Corps’ Safe School initiative program, the Commandant had deployed an adequate number of personnel to various examination centers prior to the commencement of this year’s UTME, as stated in a release by the Command’s spokesperson, Ikor Oche SC.

The UTME Computer-Based Test (CBT) is taking place across seven centers in four local government areas of the state, according to the statement.

The State NSCDC Commandant expressed optimism that the examination would conclude peacefully in Zamfara State, as he had made all necessary arrangements to prevent any misconduct during and after the examinations.
