Recruitment Suspended for Immigration, Correctional, and NSCDC – Board Announces

The board overseeing the Immigration, Correctional, NSCDC (Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps), and Fire Service has clarified that recruitment is currently only taking place in the Federal Fire Service (FFS).

In a statement issued by the board’s secretary, Mr Ja’afaru Ahmed, in Abuja on Saturday, it was confirmed that there is no ongoing recruitment for the immigration, NSCDC, or correctional service, contrary to rumours circulating on social media.

Ahmed assured applicants who had applied for employment in the FFS that they would receive proper notification through the phone numbers and email addresses they provided during the online registration process.

The board unequivocally states that the various online publications regarding recruitment in the services under its purview are false and should be disregarded.

Furthermore, the board urges the public to exercise caution and be vigilant of the activities of these fraudulent recruitment syndicates and racketeers,” cautioned Ja’afaru.
