Abuja’s Most Wanted Kidnapper, Dahiru, Apprehended Following Governor Wike’s N20m Reward

The arrest of Dahiru Adamu, the most wanted suspected notorious kidnapper in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), has brought a sense of relief to the region.

Just three days after the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, offered a reward of N20 million for information leading to his capture, the authorities were able to apprehend him. Another individual named Abu Ibrahim was also sought in connection with their alleged involvement in kidnapping and the senseless killings of innocent citizens within the nation’s capital.

The FCT Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, confirmed the arrest to Vistanaij Media on Friday. While further details of the operation are yet to be revealed, the successful capture of Dahiru Adamu marks a significant breakthrough in the fight against crime in the FCT.
