The Nigeria Police has issued a wanted notice for Gift David Okpara, commonly known as 2-Baba, in connection with the brutal murder of the late Ahoada Divisional Police Officer, Bako Angbashim, in Rivers State.

The DPO was tragically killed by the suspect and other members of his gang during an operation in the area just last week.

In response to this heinous crime, the state Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, had declared a N100 million bounty on the prime suspect and other members of the gang involved in the incident.

Similarly, the state police command, in a post on its official X platform on Wednesday, declared the suspect wanted for “conspiracy, cultism and murder.

“The Nigeria Police Force has declared one Gift David Opara aka (2baba) wanted for the below offences, 101 million naira bounty has been placed on him by the Rivers State Gov and The NPF. 

“Give us info and cash out from us,” the post added.
