Nollywood actor Yomi Fabiyi has recently opened up about the events that unfolded between him and his younger colleague, Bimpe Oyebade, known as Mo Bimpe.

Expressing his frustration, Yomi Fabiyi expressed his disappointment at being wrongly labeled regarding his issues with Mo Bimpe, whom he claims to have mentored.

The controversial actor revealed how he first encountered the actress, who reached out to him while he was preparing to release a new movie.

Yomi Fabiyi stated that their meeting took place in 2016, when he was about to commence filming his movie. At the time, Mo Bimpe, who was a youth corps member, expressed interest in pursuing acting.

He recounted the details of their interactions, highlighting how he groomed her for the role she played and how he intervened to ensure that her lack of experience didn’t deter the prominent Nollywood artists involved in the project.

Yomi Fabiyi repeatedly emphasized that there was no romantic involvement between him and Mo Bimpe, adamantly asserting that he solely provided training in the Nollywood profession.
