Ganduje, LP, PDP Chairmen Present at Supreme Court for Final Judgment in Atiku, Obi vs Tinubu Case

The National Chairmen of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Ganduje; Labour Party (LP), Julius Abure; and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Umar Damagum, have arrived at the Supreme Court in anticipation of the final judgment.

The Supreme Court is set to rule on the appeals presented by PDP’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, and LP’s Peter Obi, who have challenged the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the presidential election held on February 25.

Atiku and Obi lodged the appeals after their petitions were dismissed by the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal due to a failure to substantiate their claims of electoral irregularities and malpractice.

The apex court will deliver its conclusive verdict on the appeals on Thursday.

Ahead of the judgment, the party chairmen were observed exchanging pleasantries upon their arrival at the court proceedings.

Other notable figures present in court include Femi Gbajabiamila, the Chief of Staff to the President; Nuhu Ribadu, the National Security Adviser; and Chris Uche SAN, the lead counsel for Atiku Abubakar.
