During a recent interview on Arise TV, Blessing Okoro shared her views on the specific roles men should have in a romantic relationship.

When questioned about the roles of men and women in a relationship, Blessing expressed her belief that women were designed and intended for enjoyment.

She drew a parallel to the biblical narrative of Eve’s creation in the Garden of Eden, suggesting that even God created Eve with the purpose of bringing joy and pleasure into the world, as evidenced by her arrival after everything else had been created. Blessing further argued that a man’s primary mission in life is to generate financial resources for a woman.

“what would a man be doing with his life if not making a woman happy and making money for that woman?”

In her own words, she stated that when the host raised the topic of women also earning their own money, Blessing acknowledged that women should indeed strive for financial independence.

However, she emphasised that a woman’s money should always be considered a backup plan (plan B), while a man’s money should be the primary focus (plan A). She stressed that a woman’s financial resources should only come into play if a man starts behaving irrationally or irresponsibly.
