According to a report by Vistanaij Media, Nollywood actress Uchenna Nnanna recently voiced her disapproval of Blessing Okoro, popularly known as Blessing CEO, for her viewpoint on the presence of side chicks in marriages.

The controversial relationship expert expressed her belief in the importance of side chicks for maintaining the stability of many marriages during an interview on Tegan Mosogu’s podcast, Tegan Talk Show.

Blessing CEO argued that if married men did not have the option of seeking emotional companionship outside their marriages through side chicks, many of them would choose to leave the institution of marriage altogether.

“Without side chicks, a lot of marriages will be broken today. That is one reality that we would face because a lot of these married women cannot satisfy their husbands. It might not even be sexually.

Men are adventurous by nature. Sometimes when a woman is pregnant, a lot of things are happening to her: she is not in the mood, she’s busy. And the man is out there. The side chick does the work. If there’s no side chick to play that role, men will walk away [from marriage],” she said.

In a comment section on a blog, Uchenna Nnanna expressed her opinion that Blessing CEO should seek rehab.

Expressing her disappointment with Blessing’s remarks, Uchenna attributed the blame to the media for providing a platform for Blessing’s interview instead of suggesting she seek rehabilitation.

Uchenna further remarked that common sense is not as common as it should be.

“I blame the media for interviewing someone, who should be in a rehab home. Common sense is not common”.
