Rashford Faces £650,000 Fine for Nightclub Party

Manchester United’s striker, Marcus Rashford, is set to face a significant fine of £650,000, equivalent to two weeks’ wages, following his attendance at a nightclub in Northern Ireland on Thursday.

As reported by The Sun, Manchester United has made the decision to impose this hefty fine after Rashford, who reported feeling unwell on Friday, missed the team’s 4-2 victory against Newport County on Sunday.

Despite being seen at a Belfast nightclub, Manchester United attributed Rashford’s absence to ‘illness.’ Manager Erik ten Hag has acknowledged the situation and stated that he will handle the matter.

When questioned about Rashford’s absence in the post-match press conference, Ten Hag commented, “He reported ill, for the rest it’s an internal matter, I’ll deal with it.” However, he refrained from confirming whether Rashford had provided accurate information regarding the nightclub visit.
