Nollywood actress, Nkechi Blessing Sunday, recently threw shade at someone while making a revelation about her own name ‘Blessing’. In her Instagram story, she suggested that she would have regretted being called Blessing, but clarified that her own blessing is an actual one, not a curse.

It is possible that the actress was referring to Blessing CEO, a self-proclaimed relationship expert, who recently received criticism for allegedly having a relationship with celebrity auto dealer, IVD, despite being a witness to his late wife’s ordeals.

“I would have regretted being called Blessing, but my own blessing is an actual blessing, not a curse… Tufiakwa.”

The revelation about Blessing CEO’s involvement in IVD’s birthday surprise caused a stir online, with many dragging her for being with the auto dealer, who was the main reason she was remanded in police custody for over three weeks. Nkechi Blessing’s comment could be seen as a jab at Blessing CEO, insinuating that the latter’s name could be a curse rather than a blessing.
