Media personality Benita has criticized a tolerant boyfriend for feeling upset about a viral video featuring his girlfriend and Omah Lay.

According to a report by Vistanaij Media on Friday, a Nigerian boyfriend who was understanding of the situation found himself heartbroken when he witnessed Omah Lay cradling his girlfriend during a concert in the UK.

The event, attended by fellow artists such as Bella Shmurda and Iyanya, included a memorable moment when Omah Lay performed his song “Bend You” and invited a girl from the audience onto the stage. The singer proceeded to dance intimately with her, engaging in various suggestive moves, which the boyfriend, present in the crowd, did not appreciate.

A video circulating online captured the boyfriend’s reaction as he bowed his head, attempting to maintain composure while Omah Lay entertained the ecstatic crowd.

In response to the incident, Benita took to her Twitter page, expressing her opinion that the boyfriend had no reason to be angry since he was merely dating the girl and not married to her. She emphasized how any woman would gladly seize the opportunity to dance with Omah Lay.

Highlighting the hypocrisy of Nigerians, Benita reminded them that Omah Lay is a celebrity, and it is only natural for everyone to desire dancing with him.

“Her man has no right to be angry, they are only dating and not married, every lady will gladly do this with Omah Lay, na celebrity we dey talk o, you all should stop acting like a hypocrite, we pretend too much in this country”.
