Former Big Brother Naija ‘Lockdown’ housemate, Erica Nlewedim, has generated buzz on social media by expressing her preference for All Stars contestant Ceec over her friend, Mercy Eke.

Taking to her Twitter page, the reality star proclaimed her admiration for Ceec and declared her as the winner of the current season.

Erica urged BBNaija fans to come to terms with the reality of Ceec emerging as the victor in the All-Stars edition. “Cee Cee will win, just accept it,” she tweeted.

Her support for Ceec has sparked criticism, with many suggesting that she is motivated by discomfort over the kiss between Mercy and her supposed boyfriend, Kiddwaya.

The footage captured Kiddwaya calling out to Mercy from the lower floor, and they proceeded to share an intimate kiss while hiding from the cameras. They bid each other goodnight afterward.

The video divided opinions, with many criticizing Mercy for breaking the “Girl code.” It is worth noting that Kiddwaya was previously in a relationship with Erica, who was his co-housemate in the ‘Lockdown’ edition. Mercy Eke and Erica were believed to be close friends, adding an intriguing dynamic to the situation.

This might explain why Erica withdrew her support for Mercy Eke, despite the affection Mercy had shown her during the ‘Lockdown’ season.
