Desmond Elliot has shared a video of him and other APC supporters jubilating in Surulere after Bola Tinubu was declared winner of the presidential election by INEC. 

The actor-turned-politician could seen dancing and singing to Buleya Elu’s by Psquare, as well as other songs.

He then proceeds to introduce other APC officer holders to his followers.
