Social media users are expressing their opinions regarding an Abuja court’s order that restrains radio presenter Oladotun Ojuolape, popularly known as Do2dtun, from making defamatory remarks about singer D’banj.

On Wednesday evening, the Chief District Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Wuse Zone 2, Abuja, issued the restraining order, prohibiting Do2dtun from posting any defamatory content about D’banj on social media or any other platform.

Additionally, the court directed the Deputy Inspector of Police, Force Intelligence Bureau, to investigate a criminal complaint lodged by D’banj against Do2dtun within a span of two weeks and provide a report to the court.

In response to this development, many individuals have criticized the perceived inconsistency of the judicial system, highlighting the silence surrounding Do2dtun’s custody battle while swift action is taken against him in D’banj’s case.
