Nigerian film star Biola Bayo has become one of several celebrity mothers expressing their frustration about their children’s strong affection for their fathers.

The Yoruba actress took to her Instagram page to share her disappointment at constantly hearing comments about her son’s striking resemblance to his father, rather than to her.

Feeling hurt by these observations, she wondered if anyone had actually seen her true face, as they always pointed out how her 6-month-old son strongly resembles his father.

Despite the pain, Biola expressed her belief that God will provide her with compensation for this situation.

“All of you shouting Baby T.A is his father’s look-alike, he’s his father’s DNA, he’s father’s carbohydrate yen yen yen… Have you people seen my real face before? It’s not like it’s paining me o. It’s just that… I know my God will compensate me”.
