During a recent interview with GoldMyne TV, popular Yoruba actor Adekola Tijani, also known as Kamilu, revealed a chilling encounter he had with his late colleague, Murphy Afolabi.

According to Tijani, Afolabi predicted his own death approximately 30 minutes before it occurred.

The Nollywood actor tragically passed away from injuries sustained after a fall in his bathroom, just days after celebrating his birthday.

Tijani shared that they had spoken earlier on the day of Afolabi’s passing and that he had even sent money for their usual Sunday contribution.

He revealed, “We still spoke yesterday, we spoke around 9:30 and he fell around 10 am. I was called immediately and we drove him to the hospital but he died before we got to the hospital.”

He proceeded, “Yesterday, he sent money for a contribution we always do on Sundays, he sent it early and I questioned his choice to send it early. His response was “we don’t know what will happen the next day or in the next minute.”

Little did Tijani know that his friend’s actions were actually a farewell.
