Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has decided to treat herself to a gym membership as she approaches her 38th birthday. In a recent video shared by the actress, she expressed her desire to prioritize her health and well-being, particularly for the sake of her son.

Tonto Dikeh, who is set to celebrate her birthday in June, revealed that she faces challenges in exercising due to a heart condition. Despite the difficulties, she acknowledged the importance of leading a long and healthy life.

The actress shared her candid thoughts on going to the gym, describing it as an experience that is far from enjoyable. She explained that her heart rate increases, her blood pumps, and she experiences pain during her workouts.

While Tonto Dikeh proudly declared herself a “surgery girl” who is fond of liposuction and similar procedures, she has come to the realization that incorporating exercise and waist trainers into her routine is necessary. By acknowledging the need to focus on physical fitness, she aims to strike a balance between her love for cosmetic procedures and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
