Queen Dami, one of the former wives of the late Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, has caused a stir on social media by indirectly criticising singer Habeeb Okikiola, also known as Portable, and his wives.

The mother of one shared a video on her Instagram page, accompanied by a caption mocking her rivals for their online drama. Queen Dami emphasized the importance of keeping quiet and staying observant, as the truth will eventually come to light.

“Sometimes the best thing you can do is keep your mouth shut & your eyes open. The truth always comes out in the end,” Queen Dami captioned the video.

A few hours later, Portable confirmed Queen Dami’s status in his life. Queen Dami responded by sharing beautiful photos of herself on Instagram, along with contemplative words that conveyed the message, “My path is different from yours.”

In response to her post, Portable wrote, “Queen Dabira, Ika Wife.” It is worth noting that Portable often refers to himself as the Ika of Africa.

These events unfolded after a photo surfaced online, alleging that Portable had assaulted his wife, Omobewaji Ewatomi, following a brief disagreement related to Queen Dami’s involvement with the singer. Images circulated on social media depicted injuries on Bewaji’s body, which she later denied as burns resulting from an accident.
