Despite not being a Yoruba man, Nollywood actor Jude Chukwuka possesses impressive fluency in the language.

About four years ago, this talented actor gained widespread attention when he shared a video of himself singing one of Naira Marley’s popular songs, “Mafo.”

The video quickly went viral, leading many Nigerians to affectionately dub him an “Old Marlian.”

In addition to the newfound moniker, Jude Chukwuka received recognition from Naira Marley himself, who decided to reward him with a generous sum of one million naira for flawlessly singing his hit song.

However, in a recent interview, the “Elder Marlian” addresses the experience of being called Naira Marley’s father in Ikorodu.
