Doyin, a participant in BBNaija season 8 All-Star Edition, sparked controversy by criticizing fellow housemate Kiddwaya for giving her his Aquafina award.
During her diary session in the Big Brother Naija house, Doyin voiced her opinion that the award should rightfully go to the person who brings the most refreshing energy to the house.
She found it unsettling that Kiddwaya chose to give her the award, and she further elaborated on her perspective, suggesting that his gesture indicated selfish motives or a hidden agenda.
Doyin explained that, based on her self-awareness, she didn’t believe she deserved such an honor.
She clarified that she didn’t see herself as the most refreshing individual in the house.
She attributed her straightforward nature, where she openly expresses her thoughts to anyone without pretense, as a factor that doesn’t align with the criteria for the award.
