This information was shared by media personality and artist Samklef, who had previously stood up for Naira Marley in the face of allegations related to Mohbad’s untimely passing. Samklef emphasized the importance of logical and rational thinking instead of being driven by emotions, cautioning against prematurely blaming Naira Marley for the incident.

The controversy originated from a disturbing video showing Mohbad being harassed by Sam Larry, an aide of Naira Marley. The video quickly went viral, causing public outrage and demands for accountability and justice. Some fans even called for the arrest of Naira Marley and Sam Larry, believing they were involved in the incident.

However, the Nigerian police promptly addressed these rumors and clarified that no arrests had been made in connection with the case. The spokesperson for the Lagos Annex of the FCID, Oluniyi Ogundeyi, confirmed that the reports of Naira Marley and Sam Larry’s arrest were false, dispelling the misinformation that had circulated.

It is worth mentioning that Davido had previously sent 2 million to Mohbad’s family, and another individual had offered financial support to Mohbad’s wife, promising to sponsor their son’s education.
