Meet palm wine tapper who owns two houses and Benz, see netizens reactions (Video)

In his statement, he confirmed that he fills 24 gallons of palm wine which he sells at the market daily.

Delving into his life’s journey, Utobo revealed that he started in 1997 when he was 12 years old and used the business to send himself to school.

Utobo relocated to Abia state where he had invested in a fast food business that failed.

He also stated how he sponsored his wife’s education to the tertiary level with the same wine business.

As a palm wine tapper, Utobo is a proud family man who owns two houses and a luxury Mercedes Benz SUV in his name.

The Nigerian tapper’s story, however, stirred mixed reactions from social media users who doubted his narration.

“He spend 19hrs daily tapping palm wine daily.
– What time did he use to distribute his palm wine?
– How many hrs does he sleep?
– He should tell us what he does actually. Palm wine story doesn’t add up.
In this current inflation in Nigeria, Mr Utobo story doesn’t add up one bit.” a social media user wrote in reaction.
