Nigerian singer Adewale Mayowa Emmanuel, popularly known as Mayorkun, appears to have had a negative encounter in Calabar.

Taking to his Instagram story and Twitter page, the former DMW signee openly criticized the state, stating that he will never perform there again.

While he refrained from providing specific details about the incident, Mayorkun extended a message to other artists scheduled to perform in Calabar, wishing them good luck.

“CALABAR, You’ll probably NEVER EVER see me again, goodluck to the other artists coming for your festivals tho”.
