Lilfrosh’s ex, Taiwo, speaks out after the singer accuses her of framing him 3 years ago
In response to singer Lilfrosh’s recent claims, Taiwo, his former girlfriend, has finally broken her silence regarding the domestic violence allegations she made against him three years ago.
Lilfrosh had released a video denying the accusations made by Taiwo in October 2020, where she claimed he physically assaulted her, resulting in a swollen eye. He asserted that the photos shared by Taiwo, showing her swollen eye, did not accurately depict what had occurred. He explained that Taiwo had a boil at the back of her head, causing her eye to swell, but she took misleading photos and falsely accused him of the assault. Lilfrosh also mentioned that Taiwo later approached him, seeking a reconciliation.
Taiwo, in a recently released video, presented her side of the story. She refuted suggestions that her swollen eyes in the viral photos were due to an allergic reaction. She stated her intention to provide medical reports as evidence to support her claim.
“Firstly I will like to state that Lilfrosh is lying. Not only did he abuse me physically, he abused me verbally and emotionally and there is proof of that all over the internet.” she said
“I had no allergies. I have never been allergic to anything. I had internal bleeding which was caused by the beating I received from LilFrosh”. She added
Furthermore, Taiwo revealed that she and Lilfrosh did reunite after the incident, but his violent behavior escalated. He allegedly sent threatening messages to both her male and female friends, warning them to stay away from her.
“In 2021 while the case was still ongoing in court, Lilfrosh reached out to me on call with the statement ‘’I need you back in my life. You are the only one that can help me get my career back because I have lost everything.” But I refused. Fastforward to October 2022, he reached out to me again on call, crying and begging for me to take him back. This time, the apology felt sincere. Out of pity, I agreed to get back into a relationship with my toxic ex with the hope that he has changed and has become a better person and is ready to make things work. Few months into the relationship, his old attitude started coming back again. He started being aggressive, started telling me what to do, what to wear, who to be friends, with, where to go and this time around, it became even worse because he started taking my friends’ contacts out of my phone, calling them and threatening them”
