Nearly a year after his film, Anikulapo, faced rejection by the Oscars, Kunle Afolayan has received an invitation to become a member of the prestigious academy. Alongside Richard Mofe Damijo, Shola Dada, Jade Osiberu, and CJ ‘Fiery’ Obasi, the movie producer and actor has been extended the invitation.

Taking to his Instagram page to share the delightful news, Kunle Afolayan expressed his gratitude for the invitation, acknowledging it as another opportunity for him to contribute and serve within the industry.
