Veteran Nollywood actress and filmmaker Kate Henshaw has reached out to her friends and fans, seeking their prayers as she announced the passing of her beloved mother.

Taking to Instagram, Kate Henshaw shared the heartbreaking news with her followers, disclosing that her mother passed away on the 1st of March.

In her post, the resilient actress asked for prayers to guide her through this challenging period and requested that her family remain in the thoughts of her followers.

She wrote on Instagram, “Dear friends and fans, It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of my dear mother on March Qst 2024. Your prayers mean the world to me during this difficult time. Please keep my family in your thoughts. REST IN PEACE MUMMY. Love Kate Henshaw.”
