Abdul Rasheed Bello, known as JJC Skillz, a filmmaker and music producer, has expressed his admiration for his former wife, Funke Akindele, as she achieves a remarkable feat at the Nigerian box office.

According to Vistanaij Media’s report, Funke Akindele has set a new record in the Nigerian film industry by becoming the first Nollywood film to surpass one billion naira in a relatively short period of time.

The impressive sum of one billion, sixty million, seven hundred and eleven thousand, four hundred and ninety-one was generated by Funke Akindele’s movie.

Currently, on the Wikipedia Nollywood grossing table, Funke Akindele’s films, namely “A Tribe Called Judah,” “Battle On Buka Street,” and “Omo Ghetto The Saga,” hold the top positions as the highest-grossing Nollywood films of all time.

In response to this achievement, Funke Akindele posted an official appreciation message on Instagram, expressing gratitude to God, Nigerians, and viewers from other countries where her movie is currently being streamed.

“Thank you LORD!!!Thank you NIGERIA!!Thank you GHANA!!”

JJC Skillz, her former spouse, took to the comment section to congratulate her on her triumph. He expressed his pride in her phenomenal success at the box office once again.
