How to enable/disable Java/JavaScript in Internet Explorer

This short tutorial will show you how to enable/disable Java/JavaScript in Internet Explorer:(Java is a plugin but javascript is a script used by some websites,

and unless the proper settings are done, some websites will not display and/or function properly)
1. To enable or disable Java in Internet Explorer:
From the Tools menu, or the Tools drop-down in the upper right, select Internet Options … .
Click the Programs tab, and then click Manage Add-ons .
Highlight Java Plug-in .
Click Disable (located under”Settings”in version 7).
Click OK twice.
2. To enable or disable JavaScript:
From the Tools menu, or the Tools drop-down in the upper right, choose Internet Options … .
Click the Security tab.
Click Custom Level. .. .
Scroll to the” Scripting “section of the list. Click Disable or Enable.
Close and restart your browser.
