Group Warns Ministers Against Failure

The Natives, a group, have issued a stern call to the recently inaugurated ministers, urging them to promptly confront and overcome the forthcoming challenges, with a clear warning that the Nigerian populace will not accept any form of failure.

This statement was conveyed by the group’s leader, Smart Edwards, during a press conference held in Abuja on Wednesday.

He emphasized that while The Natives fully endorse the Renewed Hope Agenda set forth by the Bola Tinubu administration, they remain committed to holding the President accountable by vigilantly scrutinizing his progress. They pledge to openly criticize and advocate for his removal should he falter in his duties.

Edwards said: “The undaunting task to renew the hope of Nigerians through creative and innovative solutions has been signalled unmistakably.

“To the Honorable Ministers, we say congratulations! We call upon you to be constantly aware of the Renewed Hope Covenant with the people. 

Hon. Ministers, come alive, wake up and rise up!! You are 45 of the best amongst us, do not be a disgrace to us, globally, collectively and Individually, we won’t tolerate failure. The entire country expects much from you, also the President and may your reign be prosperous.”

“Hon. Ministers, we call on you to be on your toes, fold your sleeves, the task is enormous, you all have the pedigree to surmount them. This is our clear chance to restore the image, the glory and economy of our Nation.” 

Edwards went on to appeal to the ministers to display patriotism and avoid any form of discrimination, while also urging them to foster unity within the country. He emphasized the importance of delivering tangible benefits to the people and revitalizing the nation’s appeal on the global stage.
