Nollywood actress Omobolanride Akinyanju, popularly known as Ashabi, is not one to back down from an online confrontation, especially with controversial singer Portable.

Recently, Portable criticised Ashabi for her interview, emphasising that she is just a side chick and mentioning his wife at home. He questioned what he did wrong by accepting her pregnancy and highlighted how he upgraded her living situation from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom.

Portable made it clear that his wife, Zainab, has never had any conflict with Ashabi, and he mentioned having children with multiple women, possibly totaling seven. He questioned whether Ashabi thinks she is the only side chick and asserted that she could never stand beside his wife.

In response, Ashabi shared clips from the interview, emphasising that understanding is a gift that not everyone possesses. She mentioned that Portable wanted to argue with his ancestors and affirmed that she is a beautiful woman. Ashabi added that she wouldn’t engage in further discussion as she believed they would resolve matters privately. She also stated that she wouldn’t allow anyone to ruin her joyful day.
