Nollywood actor and filmmaker, Kunle Afolayan, has taken to social media to express his gratitude to the Federal Government for bestowing upon him a National Honor. According to a report by Kemi Filani, the complete list of recipients for the 2023 National Honors was recently circulated online, and Kunle Afolayan was among the 50 individuals honored with the Officer of the Order of Nigeria (OON).

In an appreciation post on his Instagram page, Kunle Afolayan expressed his heartfelt thanks to the government for this prestigious recognition. He conveyed his appreciation for being chosen as one of the recipients and acknowledged the honor it brings.
