A 27-year-old lady from Akwa Ibom has proudly showcased her newly acquired mansion, declaring herself the youngest landlady in the entire state.

This industrious woman documented the entire journey of her building, sharing photos that capture its progression from the initial stages of construction to its stunning completion.

In her words:
