Renowned doctor Rasheed recently shared his perspective on why men should aim for a frequency of 21 sexual encounters per month during an interview with Classic FM.
According to him, a healthy man should ideally engage in sexual intercourse or any form of sexual activity with his body approximately 21 times a month.
The doctor boldly justified his viewpoint by highlighting the potential health risks men may face if they fail to satisfy their sexual needs. He explained that the prostate gland may enlarge if sexual activity is infrequent, potentially increasing the risk of prostate cancer.
However, the host raised a counterpoint, noting the practical challenges men in Nigeria, and elsewhere, may encounter in achieving such a high frequency of sexual encounters, particularly if they lack adequate nutrition.
Undeterred, the doctor further asserted that many men naturally possess polygamous tendencies, implying that this inclination could facilitate a higher frequency of sexual activity, such as the suggested 21 times per month.
