Tinubu Revamps Management Teams in Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy

President Bola Tinubu has given his approval for the appointment of competent Nigerian individuals to key positions within agencies under the Federal Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy.

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) will see the addition of Abraham Oshadami as the Executive Commissioner for Technical Services, and Rimini Makama as the Executive Commissioner for Stakeholder Management. Meanwhile, Opeyemi Dele-Ajayi will take on the role of President and CEO at the Digital Bridge Institute.

At the Nigerian Communications Satellite (NIGCOMSAT) Limited, Abiodun Attah will assume the position of Executive Director for Technical Services, Aisha Abdullahi as Executive Director for Finance and Administration, and Jaiyeola Awokoya as Executive Director for Marketing and Business Development.

Galaxy Backbone Limited will have Ibrahim Adepoju Adeyanju as the Managing Director and CEO, Mohammed Sani Ibrahim as the Executive Director for Finance and Corporate Services, Olusegun Olulade as the Executive Director for Customer Centricity and Marketing, and Olumbe Akinkugbe as the Executive Director for Digital Exploration and Technical Services.

In a statement released by Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, it was highlighted that President Tinubu expects the appointed professionals to deliver exceptional service, further enhancing the impact of the digital economy sector on the socio-economic development of the nation.
