In a Snapchat post, the single mother expressed her eagerness to change her daughter’s last name from Adeleke to Momodu.

Following in the footsteps of Tonto Dikeh, Sophia asserted that she fulfills the roles of both a father and a mother to her daughter, Imade.

Through her statements, the fashion enthusiast indirectly suggests that Davido has neglected his responsibilities as a father.

Can’t wait to change her last name… I still think Momodu is 👌 as I’m Mom and Dad”.

Receiving messages in her DMs, supporters of the fashion enthusiast pointed out that online users would criticize her.

Unperturbed, Sophia Momodu confidently declared that she has barely begun, emphasizing that the truth can be difficult to swallow.

Lol our elders say the truth is bitter, I haven’t even started yet”.

In a subsequent post, Sophia further expressed that she is not aware of any educated and intelligent Nigerians who would have anything derogatory to say about a woman who assumes the roles of both a father and a mother.

Addressing her detractors, Sophia confidently suggested that if they are truly bothered by her situation, they should consider setting up a GoFundMe campaign.

“I don’t know any educated, intelligent Nigerian that has anything negative to say to a woman that actively plays the role of Mum & Dad all by herself. The rest can set up a go fund me as if they’re really pressed”.
