Sam Larry, the assistant and close associate of renowned singer Naira Marley, has chosen to disable his Instagram account after being exposed for assaulting the late singer Mohbad prior to his passing.
Earlier today, Vistanaij Media reported the emergence of a video showing Sam Larry harassing Mohbad. In the footage, Mohbad was in a wheelchair filming a music video with Zlatan when Sam Larry abruptly appeared at the location, brandishing a machete and other weapons. You can view the video here.
Following the widespread circulation of the video, numerous individuals flocked to Sam Larry’s Instagram page, demanding an explanation from him and other members of Naira Marley’s team in relation to the incident. These individuals are seeking accountability and justice for Mohbad.
Initially, Sam Larry limited the comments section on his Instagram posts, but this did not deter netizens from criticizing him. As a result, Larry has now deactivated his social media account.
Taking to comment section, many called for Naira Marley to be canceled and banned.

Prior to his demise, Bella Shmurda, a colleague of Mohbad, recounted a near-suicidal episode involving the singer.
During his detailed account, Bella discussed Mohbad’s struggles with his record label, Marlians, which is owned by Naira Marley. He highlighted how Mohbad’s girlfriend played a crucial role in preventing the suicide attempt.
Bella also criticized Naira Marley and his label for feigning normalcy in the relationship between Mohbad and the management.
Mohbad had been signed to Naira Marley’s “Marlian Records” but left the label in 2022.
In an Instagram live session following his release from the NDLEA’s camp, Mohbad made allegations that Naira Marley and other group members were plotting against his life. He expressed a genuine fear that they might kill him.
The singer and rapper also shared video clips of an alleged assault he suffered at the hands of Naira Marley’s crew after requesting a change in his manager.
In response to these accusations, Naira Marley dismissed them as lies while making derogatory remarks about Mohbad.
In contrast, Mohbad expressed his hope that justice would eventually prevail.
