6ix9ine, the American rapper whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, was reportedly attacked by a group of men in the bathroom of a gym in South Florida on Tuesday. According to his attorney, Lance Lazzaro, the 26-year-old sustained injuries on his face and bruises. VN Media reported on Wednesday that the rapper was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Lazzaro told VN Media that the rapper was in the bathroom at an LA Fitness gym when he was attacked by several men without warning. The lawyer said that 6ix9ine tried to fight off his attackers, but there were too many of them, and they beat him severely before fleeing. Lazzaro also noted that the rapper did not have security with him at the time of the attack.

Gym staff members heard the commotion and immediately informed a manager. The police were called to the scene, and 6ix9ine was transported to the hospital by ambulance. The hospital reported that the rapper suffered injuries to his jaw, ribs, and back.

The motive for the attack remains unclear, and no suspects have been identified yet.
