Governor Abba Yusuf of Kano State has given his approval for the appointment of an additional 94 Senior Special Assistants.
The announcement was made through a statement issued by his Press Secretary, Sanusi Dawakin-Tofa, on Tuesday.
Among the 94 newly appointed aides, only five are women. These women are Rahama Kabeer Fagge, appointed as Senior Special Reporter I at the Government House; Amina Isah Bebeji, designated as a Special Reporter for SEMA; Maijidda Garba, who assumes the role of Special Reporter for REB; Fatima Usman Muhammad, appointed as Senior Special Reporter for KNARDA; and Asiya Muhammad Umar, taking on the position of Special Reporter at the Hospitality Management Institute.
Dawakin-Tofa clarified that all these appointments come into immediate effect.
