Kaduna CP Yekini decorates Command’s PRO, 303 other officers

The Kaduna State Police Command has said its Public Relations Officer, ASP Mohammed Jalige is among the 304 promoted officers of the command.

In a statement by the newly decorated Public Relations Officer, DSP Mohammed Jalige, he said he was decorated at the Police Officers Mess, Kaduna, on Wednesday, alongside other promoted officers by the State Commissioner of Police, CP Yekini. A Ayoku

The State Commissioner, CP Yekini. A Ayoku while congratulating the newly promoted officers on behalf of the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Alkali Usman Baba, enjoined them to see their promotion as a call to greater service, adding that to whom much is given, much is expected.

He charged them to be disciplined, loyal and dedicated to the service of their fatherland.

He said the ceremony was attended by members of the command’s management team, Senior Police Officers and relatives of the newly promoted officers.

It further said ACP Shado Coker thanked the Inspector-General of Police and the Police Service Commission for finding them worthy of the promotion, just as they promised to redouble their efforts in the discharge of their lawful duties in the fight against all forms of crime and criminality in the State.
