KACRAN denounces violence and killings by bandits and armed groups, calls for government action

The Kulen Allah Cattle Rearers Association of Nigeria (KACRAN) has strongly denounced all forms of violence and the senseless killings of innocent Nigerians by armed bandits.

KACRAN, led by its National President, Khalil Mohammed Bello, expressed its commitment to engaging with relevant authorities to seek sustainable solutions to the nation’s security challenges.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, Bello emphasized that KACRAN’s condemnation of violence stems from the firm belief that there can be no justification for aggressive attacks, reprisals, or the wanton killing of fellow citizens. The Association firmly asserted that such inhumane acts are barbaric and have no place in society, especially as the global community strives for peace, progress, and the well-being of its people.

KACRAN raised questions about the motives behind individuals engaging in these unjustifiable and animalistic behaviors, blindly attacking, destroying, and brutally killing their fellow human beings. The Association challenged the rationale behind such actions.

KACRAN further advised bandits and other unknown gunmen to reconsider their actions and refrain from targeting innocent people under the guise of seeking revenge against volunteers or vigilantes. These reprisal attacks cause immense harm, destruction, and suffering to innocent villagers, including women, children, and the elderly, which the Association deemed unjustifiable and unacceptable.

In conclusion, KACRAN called upon the relevant authorities to collaborate with the Association in implementing effective measures for conflict resolution and the restoration of peace in the affected areas.
