Mrs. Chioma Nweze, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Community Development for the South East region, has emphasized President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s dedication to addressing the various challenges faced by Nigerians.
In a statement released in Abakaliki, the capital of Ebonyi State, Nweze urged political leaders in the southeast region, including the leadership of Ohaneze Ndigbo, to stand united.
Nweze recognized the significance of Nigeria’s 63rd anniversary and Ebonyi State’s 27th anniversary, marking the end of the colonial era and the beginning of a new era for the nation. She encouraged the five governors of the southeast region and all Igbo Ministers, particularly Minister of Works David Umahi, to collaborate with Tinubu’s administration in order to foster the development of the region.
Nweze commended Tinubu for his unwavering determination and courage in the face of formidable challenges, highlighting his suitability to revitalize Nigeria. She urged Nigerians to maintain hope and support the government in ensuring that their needs are met. Additionally, Nweze appealed to the youth and stakeholders in the southeast region to exercise patience with President Tinubu’s administration, acknowledging the resilient and determined nature of Nigerians in the face of socio-economic difficulties.
