Luigia “Gina” Lollobrigida was an Italian actress, photojournalist, and politician. She was born on July 4, 1927, and died on January 16, 2023. During the 1950s and early 1960s, she was one of the most famous European actresses and a sex symbol around the world. At the time of her death, Lollobrigida was one of the last well-known actors from the Golden Age of Hollywood movies who was still alive.
