Funke Akindele, a popular Nollywood actress, has responded to a critic who expressed disapproval of her outfit at the recently concluded AMVCA.
The actress wore a green-feathered dress that showcased certain parts of her body.
A female fan, who was not pleased with Funke Akindele’s choice of attire, took to the micro-blogging platform to offer her caution.
While acknowledging the actress’s natural beauty, the fan advised her to dress more modestly, considering her role as a mother and a role model to many.
The Twitter user, Modupe Moses, expressed her admiration for Funke Akindele but emphasized the importance of covering her body appropriately.
“U are beautiful naturally but the dress is too revealing and try to cover it. U are a mother and our role model to us ma”.
Replying her, Funke Akindele promised to talk to her tailor.
“Ok sir. I will tell my tailor now”.
