Dimitri Selyuk, the agent of former Manchester City midfielder, Yaya Toure, made a speech that his client now wants to go into top-level management.
Toure is presently working with Tottenham Hotspur’s academy as he keeps on building his coaching experience.
Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, has however said he would be ready to welcome the former Ivorian international at the Emirates.
“Yaya, on the other hand, is studying and, accordingly, worked at Akhmat (as an assistant coach). Now he will have the next step: he works with youth at Tottenham, and (Mikel) Arteta said that the doors of Arsenal are open for Yaya.
“And, given that he is studying for a license in England, it is simply more convenient for him to work there.
“Yaya says a huge thank you to the Akhmat leadership. He is glad that he was given the opportunity to work there. We agreed with Akhmat that such a situation is possible in the winter, so many thanks to them,” Selyuk told Sport Express.
