Media personality Daddy Freeze has come to the defense of singer 2baba regarding his comments on the reasons why many men cheat.
During an Instagram live session, the outspoken media personality expressed his view that monogamy is not an entitlement for women, as it is not considered normal for African men to have just one wife.
Daddy Freeze shared personal anecdotes, mentioning that his grandfather had four wives and his father has two wives, illustrating the prevalence of polygamy in his family.
To support his argument, Daddy Freeze also referenced biblical examples of men who engaged in infidelity, such as David, Abraham, Solomon, and others.
He further asserted that the influence of feminism and political correctness, as we attempt to normalize Western values, is detrimental to African society.
“Political correctness and feminism wouldn’t kill us. My grandfather had four wives, my father has two wives. How do u tell me it’s normal for men to be monogamous?
We try to normalize Western Values and not all Western values adapt to us. I tell people that I am monogamous, but it’s not normal.
Monogamous isn’t your entitlement as a woman, it is the work you get,
It is not normal for an African man to have one wife”.
