A baby born with another baby growing out of her butt needs urgent surgery to remove the other twin so that she can live a normal life.

8-months-old Mariam is a conjoined twin but her twin is not well formed.

A video of Mariam shows her looking like a child giving birth to another child.

Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh shared a video of the baby and revealed that a consultant said surgery is needed immediately.
